# Filler

Completare automată a formularelor și documentelor (Filler)

Funcționalitatea **Filler** din Tendersight te ajută să economisești ore întregi de lucru prin completarea automată a tuturor documentelor necesare participării la o licitație publică.

#### Ce face Filler?

După ce ai mapat produsele și ai introdus datele companiei tale (ex: informații firmă, administrator, bancă etc.), sistemul nostru **AI Copilot** generează automat:

* Formularele solicitate de autoritatea contractantă
* Oferta tehnică completată
* Oferta financiară adaptată produselor selectate
* Contractul standard precompletat

Totul este realizat **pe baza informațiilor tale și a cerințelor din fișierul de achiziție**, fără să fie nevoie să completezi nimic manual.

📝 Ce e important de știut

📌 **Acceptă și documente scanate!**\
Nu trebuie să te mai îngrijorezi că autoritatea a publicat doar un PDF scanat – sistemul nostru îl rescrie într-un format editabil (.docx), gata de completat automat.

✅ **Recomandare:**\
Verifică întotdeauna documentele generate automat înainte de trimitere – AI-ul completează totul, dar validarea finală îți aparține.
